ASSOCIATION'S ANNUAL MEETING
Meeting Date: Thursday, January 15, 2026
Time: 7:30pm
Location: Meeting via Google Meet software; the President will send residents a link to join the meeting before the 15th.
The annual meeting of the Olde Hermitage Association is scheduled for January 15, 2026, beginning at 7:30pm. This meeting is open for all residents of the neighborhood to attend. The main purpose of the meeting is to elect Directors for the Association's Board for the 2026 calendar/fiscal year. Treasurer's reports will be provided, including the 2026 proposed budget.
If you cannot attend the meeting via Google Meet, please submit your proxy and absentee ballot before January 15th.
Annual Meeting Documents Mailed
The envelopes containing the meeting invitation letter, the proxy & absentee ballot statement, and the annual assessment invoice have been mailed to all households on Monday, Dec. 1st. Election of Directors for 2026
The Olde Hermitage Board of Directors will hold its annual meeting of the Association in January 2026. At this meeting, five (5) directors for the new year will be elected. From this group of five, these officer positions will be filled: President, Vice-President, Secretary, and Treasurer.
This notice is an invitation for you to express your interest in being a candidate for election to the OHA Board. Serving as a director for OHA is not a demanding job; there are usually 4 quarterly meetings during a calendar year, and for 2025, those meetings have been conducted via videoconferencing software.
If you are interested in being elected to the Board, please submit your name to the President, Mitch Wilhelm, or to any one of the other Directors, whose email addresses are on the Contact Us webpage of the OHA website ( Olde Hermitage Assoc Board of Directors 2025 ). We welcome all residents to consider volunteering.
