Neighborhood Directory

The policy for Olde Hermitage in communicating with residents on general information is to use this Olde Hermitage website and to use email.  The typical only time during the year when notices to residents are sent via the USPS is for release of the notice documents relative to the annual meeting.  If you would like to receive general information from the Board via email, please complete the form below and send as directed on the form.

 

If the Board does not have your email address, you'll not be able to receive the periodic information releases via that communication method; consequently, you'll possibly not know of the notice, unless you visit the website. 

 

Directory of Residents

Two OHA residents, Mindy Fast and Charlene Batkins, have produced a Google Sheet document listing all the residents of Olde Hermitage neighborhood, along with other information about our neighborhood members and residences.

The OHA residential directory is deliberately not released to the public.  If you would like a copy of the directory, please send your request to:
